9:00am : Reach Office, Gobble 100ml of water in. Stomach felt horrible when it is full of water. so yucky. But gotta drink more. Gum is swollen coz super heaty
10:00am : Drank another 50ml. Manage to fill my cup full again. Gotta help myself with more of the water in the mini pantry
11:30am : Total completion : 300ml of water. Need to finish the water in my cup to hit 600ml.. haiz~
12:00noon : Din drink water during lunch, had corn soup instead. Is that consider a source of water? i wonder. But higher in sodium i think.
3:00pm : finally finish the water in the cup and hit the 600ml mark. half a day is done. I doubt i can drink 1.4 litres by today. Gotta drink more!!
4-6pm: Drank a cup of milk tea. Water consumption starts to stop. Stomach feel very bloated. I think i can't make it
By end of the day: Drank another 300ml of water. and that's it. Total water consumption of the day is 900ml!
Target failed
Maybe i should try to aim at 1 litre instead.
