monday: no lesson but went to school

coz too bored? haha.. i dunno
lagging behind for lots of reading.. so went to find boss to pei wo.. or i pei him coz he got a extremely long break..
despite doing a lot of silly things (travel from arts to science, then science to art, watch rock band concert) in between, i still manage to finish what i planned..

today get to know a number of boss friends but i cannot remember name..
one is pretty nice, while the rest i dunno
but to me
one is scary..
coz i dunno him, but he "heard of me" *faintz*

seriously i hate such stuff.. our path dun cross, he is not from CSPS, ZHSS, NYP.. the only thing that we are same is that he is also in SOC... but he heard of me when he is in NYJC lor..

and worse still when i heard the key word *W--H--* i was still thinking of some bad bad bad stuff but really din expect it to be this lor..

steph's bday celebration and saturday

steph's bday celebration

was on friday.. where hime meet the sweet steph to celebrate her bday which is on tuesday. congrat steph to being 22, though i still cannot figure out the special meaning of 22 except that tackey and tsubasa has an album with that name. nevertheless, meetings steph is so fun and saw my long-time-no-see daughter~

had dinner at "chong qing" steamboat which i personally think
1) not very nice
2) very ex
3) fire not under self-controlled

which to me, all this will be satisfied at coca...
but then when eating steamboat, what's most important is the people around u.. =)

after that we went to a cafe and chit chat abit, where steph dig into my cosmetic pouch. guess she really like my hand cream.. LOL

meet daughter ard noon to study, but seriously not much work is done.. haha..
she is abit engross with her V.day present, while her mum(me) tried to help me with the most basic part.. haha.. of coz, this basic part will not affect the fact that the gift is hand-made by her.. so son-in-law must appreciate arh~

one interesting incident that suchun told me:
once, she saw her bf using fork and spoon, trying to cut a chicken wing to eat, but with high difficulty. so she ask him why, and he reply coz learn from me de.. haha
i inspire him to eat in that way?? (o^_^o) then suchun told him that the way he eat is not as nice as me and his reply is he is a guy, dun need so nice.. LOL.. then at the 1st place why fork and spoon when they are actually at his house?

sometimes i really think this couple is funny~~ (^@^)

read sth from jk's friend's blog and suddenly thought of sth that my NUS clique was talking abt last tues when we went to IMM hoshi

why singapore guys think that japanese gers are better looking than sg gers and sg gers think that japanese guys are better looking than sg guys.

One simple reason:

Japanese (in general) know how to dress up "properly" before going out..
i dunno, but i guess, u will nv see a guy wearing shorts in shibuya, but we see alot of such things in orchard rd..

Japanese gers, will take good care of their skin, will make up properly till the last coat of their mascara, unless most of us (including hime), is guilty of going out with a naked face.

I think we really sux.. haiz.. but of coz, some of us still dress well, but there is sth weird in the sg uni... you have to dress "sloppy" to be a uni student.. abit better dressed will invite lots of qns like "where u going?" or "like a tutor".. i'm going school la.. obviously~

boohoo... hime today wear a new pair of silver flats from URS & Inc.. >_< goosh~
hope the lab tutor, technical, helper or whatever will be kind enough to give hime a chance or probably i have to be back in school tml to do the stupid lab with a pair of "PROPER SHOE".. haiz... tml is my free day sia.. sian (T_T)

today while the bus pass by raffles JC, i saw students inside the JC wearing some other uniform.. then i recall that now is 1st 3 months time for JCs students.. it reminds me of the time when i'm in OI coz i remember some gers like to exchange uniform with other gers and wear to school the next day as a form of fashion..

obviously, hime din do it.. during my 1st 3 months, skipping lesson is a fun thing.. i still remember that lesson ends ard 1pm.. and there was this ridiculous rule that even ur last lesson end at 12noon, u have to stay till 1pm..

for the 1st week or 1st 2 weeks, mayu and i remain as good gers and stay till 1pm, while the following few weeks, we leave once lesson end. then we start skipping some after recess lesson, and in the week before O'level results release, we skip school after the national anthem.. and on the O'level release week, we pratically nv go school.. haha.. that's was really the fun time.. where hime read tons of comics and wink up, bought lots of japanese singles and album like c no binetsu, daisenai tegami, tokyo illusion, etc etc

now leh? skipping lesson for hime is also a common thing, but it take lots of reading to makeup to it~ but going to school is sometime a fashion stage for hime~ today hime try the mascara thingy and also wear the netted vest with a purple T-shirt inside~ fun~ let me do more of it ba~ :D

nice thing 1: went shopping with da jie and she bought me clothes worth $120, treat me to nice lunch and yummy dinner~~ heehee~ purple skirt approx to $70, and 2 tops.. nice skirt for chinese new year~~ woo~~

nice thing 2: got all my tutorial slots as i wish, thus having 2 free days~ congrats to hime~ though no difference when the sem continues coz free days are needed for projects~

nice thing 3: finish cs1280 lab!! it is suppose to be release tml, and hime is so worried abt it.. this afternoon, hime receive an sms from ivle that it is release, so hime came home, code the program while watching tv, and finish it within awhile.. lucky~

nice thing 4: saw lucido l brochure on hair styling at suntect watsons, so got some to come home and "see".. kkg~ one for u too~ but dunno got use anot.. if useful, i throw to u, if useless, i give my dustbin instead~

nice thing 5: tried crab cream koroke~ yummy~~~~

monday: no lesson for hime~ thus went out walk walk in the noon, and came home within 4 hrs i think.. just went for lunch @ sizzler coz was a treat from andrew~ haha.. nice nice~

tuesday: as posted previously

wednesday: HCI lesson, then orchard cash studio~ kinda fun though the lift is eerie, i almost thought i'll die~ LOL how does it feel when the ulu lift with no door close button is going down to B3? i almost thought it is going to hell.. haha
but surprisingly, i kinda like that cash studio except the lift.. system is good, songs good, toilet also clean, room definitely big~ love it~ but lift~ (T_T) even manage to sing for a freaking long time as compared to apollo centre... maybe becoz more rooms? dunno~ lastly went orchard kino to get my latest RAY, and bought lucidol to try on my hair~

thursday: met yanyan to go toa payoh library, had breakfast at crystal jade only to realise that the breakfast sets are no longer available (T_T), now all ala carte~ but not too ex either~ :D, then boss came slightly before noon after his lesson.. yanyan and i abit touch coz boss is staying at jurong now.. his arrival means he has to travel all the way back later.. me touch touch (o^_^o).. had almost a dinner at sizzler which is like my 2nd sizzler this week~ but still kinda enough~ :D went to lucidol and got a few more bottle of lucidol to try the difference~

friday: went for gen bio lesson.. weather is freaking cold that i wore black (to absorb heat) and a jacket at all times~ after lesson reg for open labs then bought HCI textbook and course pack for more reading~ met kkg to go home together and can feel the sadness in the air~ poor mayu~ poor miyabi~ horrible NUS~
we took 151 back and it was like one of my funniest experience in life~ the 151 broke down during the journey and apart from a free ride, we got a complimentary ticket for another ride~ nice but hime was abit irritated by the "jerking" of the bus.. after alighting ard ngee ann poly coz of the stupid bus, the 3 of us went to mac toilet and then continue the journey home.. left sch before 6pm, reach home after 8pm.. (T_T)

saturday: meet kkg @ toa payoh as usual, then had lunch with doreen together @ sizzler.. ya again~ so pls pls pls dun ask hime to eat sizzler within the next month, coz 3 times in one week is already killing hime~ LOL.. though so, i still enjoy~ human must learn to enjoy food, as long as there is food, and good food, be happy~ LOL.. after everything, hime went home, got some stuff and went to kkg's home for more fun~ and watch moonlight jelly fish~ hime cried~ poor michio~ poor seiji~

sunday: which is tml, 'll be a rest day for hime~ gonna try out my ginger tea tml~ oh shit~ haven buy honey~!!

hime considering to cut fringe fringe~ what u guys think? cut coz wanna "style" my hair, but it also means more effort in the morning~ so good choice or bad?

1st day of lesson

today was 6 hours of straight lesson which cause hime to almost die of hunger (T_T)

i had some trouble concentrating in the 1st lecture coz was abit tired here and there~
the worse was 2nd module~ not that i cannot concentrate, but for the whole of 1st hour, the lecturer was taking abt how to use course marker, plagiarism, and history of c++ for the whole of the 1st hour.. which is freaking boring lor..

the last lecture is fun~ very very interesting.. dunno why but i seems to pay lots of attention on it though i'm very hungry liao.. haha

now watching fann wong's show on channel u and realise that lucidol hair wax got mini bottle de~ LOL.. so going to find it tml and buy and throw in my bag bag~ yeah~

thinking of using my bag as a "beauty" bag only~ which means to hold my "studies material" on hand!!

that day while having dessert with yanyan, yun, boss and jiekor

yun was saying that "kira" act in a show Battle Royale
she thinks it is bloody, while i think is funny and interesting (funny becoz of pan lid ba)

surprisingly, boss say he watched before in army, but din get to watch finish~ (he think it is quite nice)

yanyan seems to fear due to yun say got very bloody part (coz yanyan dun belong to my super-horror clique)
jiekor seems interested and ask me to find a way to lend him

after returning home, jiekor watch it on youtube (and hime also rewatch it)

mind cafe

boss, jiekor, yanyan, yun and i went to mind cafe yesterday~

super-duper tired after everything that hime only started to post it today~ gomen ne~
played new games that we din not play in settlers, but hime personally prefer games in settlers.. pershaps the most impt part is that the staff seems to not know the rules of the game and how to play.. so we actually had games where we had to read instructions by ourselves *sad*

but kinda fun to play in a group of 5 u see~ LOL.. coz we could kill each other, or help each other then kill each other.. LOL.. jiekor the most funny coz his "dare" in the game of "truth or dare or nothing"(hime's self-created name) was so funny~.. pls squawk again~ heehee~

the very 1st game we play made yun tongue-tied.. LOL.. at one point she make us laugh till "pengz".. haha..

big winner of the day? i think is boss and yun ma.. especially boss.. so zai~ dunno issit the europe trip make him so powerful.. if yes then i better also go europe.. haha.. but no money~ heehee boss sponsor me ba~ (o^_^o)

on the way back to PS, rain came and bless me~ but at the same time humilated me coz jiekor say that only tall ppl can take umbrella high high etc etc.. non-stop saying that i'm short~ hai~ say my shoe too short~

dinner at swensens, dessert at Gelare, in between, i went best denki to get a new hair dryer coz mine almost killed me yesterday.. it SUCK MY HAIR IN... (T_T) so now actually the inside layer of hime hair have approx 10 to 20 strands of short hair~ (T_T) also went daiso and got lots of oolong tea and green tea (yummy~) so today is my japanese drinking day.. hohoho

on the way home, something funny happen.. jiekor say i very talkative so i was angry with him and ignore him.. thus at the mrt station, he put my daiso teas(which he was helping me to hold) on the floor of the mrt and walk away, a man and his friend(or gf) was staring at jiekor like he is planting a bomb in the mrt~ LOL.. terrorist-alike~ (^@^)

activities in the new year

2007 isn't a very interesting year for me.. but year 2007 seems nice... coz hime like the number 7.. the past 2 days was spent shopping.. yup.. which means more money flew away from me~

orchard shopping
went out with mamam coz she needs new year clothing~ so went over to orchard.. treat mama to lunch at pepper lunch~ coz she never ate that before.. then shop around..
my hair serum was completed sold out at both robinsons orchard and OG orchard (T_T) luckily i still have more than half a bottle left~

anyway, the most weird thing i bought yesterday is a nice and cheap travelling bag.. dunno how to describe.. if u have a chance, u'll see it

vivo shopping
meet kkg to go dorothy warehouse.. reach there after a freaking long journey to realise that they are bringing in new stocks!! which means not open for the day (T_T)
i think we very suai.. suai and hungry, we took a cab down to vivo and had lunch at food republic~ food is still as great as ever~
going vivo so many times i think i'm really bored abt it~ like nothing to walk and i still think i prefer orchard.. din get to buy anything at all lor.. today the only thing that i bought is make up brushes from body shop at tp lor.. sian~ even daiso is not very interesting to me~ haha

the only interesting thing is probably The Swedish Shop Gotheborg.. dunno what to say abt it.. let the pictures "blog for me instead"

today is a "date" where handsome and pretty are born~ heehee

so how did i spent the day?
hime din go for any countdown despite all gather at godma's place for it~ coz the next day(which is today) had to wake up early (7am) to go and pray god-grandma (7 7 49 days)... went over to cck and pray.. everything took a very long time, then uncle harry gave us a treat at jurong point crystal jade~ reach crystal jade at 12noon, and left abt 2:30pm.. lunch was freaking long.. there were too much dishes to count...
so full that no dinner was needed..

then went over the J8 and got a bigger makeup pouch from muji (old one throw to put "SP"), SP and angie durian crepes.. which could be an alternative to dinner... comfort food on the 1st day of the year... (o^_^o)

came home and clear lots of stuff... pack my stuff and realise that i actually have a gold color eyeshadow (from red earth cosmestic pack from Geraldine and Glenda on my bday)

hime is giving away lots of bags, especially hand bags and hand carry~ practically very new and some hime haven used.. but those are generally bags which are freebies from magazine...

today realise that i have quite some new bags unused or not freaking used >_<
1) green bag that nigel gave me (today 1st used)
2) pink strap bag bought with suchun (only used twice i think, but mum seems to use quite a few times instead)
3) clarkes and keith bag~

mama say i should stop buying bag and i beg to differ then show her the latest buy.. the brown bag~
now considering the slightly brown color bag from clarkes and keith(but c&k bags abit common on the streets)
anyway someone commented that hime recently seems to love brown alot~ brown pouch, brown bag, brown t-shirt, brown pants~
yeah~ i think i'm into brown~

now time for the NEW YEAR RESOLUTION
1) save money!!
2) go japan!!
3) get a job by end of the year!!
4) lose weight!!
5) grad with merit!!
6) learn more makeup skills from RAY~ [today someone comment that my makeup very natural and nice~ hehe~ all thanks to RAY Nov 2006]
7) create a new hime with brains, looks, style and knowledge~
