my skin

is never the flawless type. but some ger friends of mine envy the following facts abt my skin

1. no dark eye rings so matter how late i sleep. everyday i sleep from 4am-7:30am. weekend are the only time i sleep more to make up to my body
2. no out-break even after bbq or eating heaty food.
3. no oily nose or foundation melting issue (i'm dry skin, haha)

small things that i do to get my skin in proper, though not perfect, condition.

A. FACE MASK

gers who really knew me well know that i'm a face mask queen. i at least have more than 300 face mask in my room. and at highest peak, probably 1000 pieces. i believe that face mask should be applied everyday. especially if u are a lazy person, then i think face mask is the easiest maintenance step. it definitely take time for you to realise what type of mask is most suitable for you. but once you find them, u will be on your way to better skin!!

B. SUNBLOCK/SUNSCREEN

i have strong belief on becoming fair and white. Though i still go under-sun without umbrella, but i nv leave my house without a minimum of SPF 30, and go work without a minimum of SPF 50. By having the protection on your skin before you go out will seriously help you block away >50% of skin problems

C. BIRD NEST

This is probably the most expensive among the 3 items i have mention but this is the most worthwhile item. i take bird nest as a weekly skincare supplement, and sometimes during the bad skin time, i will take it for 3 days consecutively.

As mention above, i have no dark eye rings no matter how i lack of sleep, this is because is uses under eye-mask every now and then. i find them super useful, but then i cannot promise that it is the reason for no dark-eye-rings. after all, i never had this problem in my life.

prevention to outbreak of skin.
i realise what you drink will help to prevent skin outbreaks etc
for one whole week i drink at least
1. 2 x 250ml of fruit juice (usually starfruit green apple)
2. 1.5 liter of barley tea
3. 500ml of barley water
4. 500ml of floral tea
5. 500ml of cooling tea

i do drink water too. but all the above help to reduce heat in my body. or even lower sugar content.

i dunno if the above info will helps you.. but it what i usually do. =)

F1 - 2009 part 1

yes~ i suppose to put up everything abt F1 here~ but i'm really tired becoz of last night race (and i fell asleep halfway) + i just want to watch finish [triangle] so maybe if by the time i finish triangle it is not too late, i will consider post part 2.

i bought the jacket as seen above. i really love it~ (though my pose abit weird).

it is make of super light material and i finally dun look like a old tai tai~~ hahaha~

Random matters

i envy ppl who are simple-minded... ppl who are simple minded tend to assume things to their own way and thus be happy coz they believe that what they assume is the truth. But that's not true. These ppl are called innocent when young, however, when age shows its foot-step on their faces, i feel that innocent becomes naive.

sometimes i get irritated by such ppl. just random thoughts

aging is a very scary thing. when i look at faces that show symptoms of aging, i started to wonder if i also have the same problem.

this week i started to drink de-tox drink to remove toxic from my body. and mind you, it is home-made without preservative k!!

then since yesterday, i decided to start my one-month intensive mask application. i have neglected my mask since the OT get horrid and drama every night after OTing. now i shall put mask while dramaing~ for one whole month!! starting from yesterday!!

aging does not only show on face. my legs are starting to show aging symptons too~ i think i need body toning and lotion to firm and smooth my skin. every night after mask, i shall apply body lotion, alternative with toning lotion. shall not be lazy.. also need go gym to do toning exercise!!

talking abt gym, i have not been there for quite some time liao. Gotta go over soon before my membership expires~ and before i grow fatter!!

i missed everyone~~ i know that i haven been meeting up with many ppl.. the last person that i have met should be boss on 11 sept. he says to gather soon but i dunno when and no one seems to have time to organise.

i haven seen miya since she started her new shigoto. must arrange for dinner and beer soon!! *hugz*

neither have i met up with shuhan since july/august for my bday~ =(

of coz, to talk abt worst case, grace who nv see me for a few years nag at me that we nv meet. and then i have meet mr chua, my best friend since like june 07 till now? oh mine~

i apologise to ppl who wants meet me and i couldn't. unless you are willing to meet me like at 9pm or 10pm for dinner, then it is probably do-able.

mayu & yan, cfm with me earlier when you coming back. i'll try take 1 or 2 days leave ard that time for a meet-up. =)

ppl who are taker and not giver makes me mad.. they keep asking things from ppl, but not as if they bring to share. this type of ppl irritates me too.. can they stop asking things from ppl till being offered? when such ppl exists, i felt i became ugly and reluctant to share. coz i'm not happy to share with such ppl.. maybe i really have a ugly and selfish heart.

a luxury weekend

the 3 days holiday was a super fattening 3-days for me...

saturday went royal china.

sunday went shin kushiya for a super late brunch at 2:30pm, then went sakae sushi @ night.

monday night is chang korean bbq!! ate wagyu and kurobuta!! yummy!!

my body is full of toxic!! and full of mooncake too!!

this year....

.. i think i ate alot of mooncake...

normally i dun eat so much.. but this year i like keep eating and keep eating sia

after raffles hotel's, st regis yan ting's, royal china's, ncs's, now i'm eating majestic, which is the well-recommended mooncake by 8-days.

and i actually wanted to eat peony jade's yam with pumpkin as well as durian mooncake.

tonight is the day to finish 薔薇のない花屋。

thanks hidemi for teaching me why is not 薔薇ないの花屋。

and today i learn a new word... chinois..

last night was a funny dinner. vincent went home and took his car and pick jill and me. we planned to go chomp chomp, with last min changes to macpherson for ngoh hiang. the ngoh hiang, as expected, was closed. and we decided on bedok to makan.

and then? we turn round and round in bedok and couldn't find the food we wanted.....

turning more rounds and rounds, and we finally got it~~

the stalls that we order wun marvellous, but at least much more decent than lau pa sat etc.. =)

this week's dinner, my favourite will be daikon from marutama ramen~ good reco by 紀様.　maybe shall eat again this sunday... hohoho..

Mooncake

i obviously dun work in a company that produces mooncake. But coporate orders always works. Never did i expect to see the logo there... oh mine~

Lvl 3 has a box. Lvl 4 too. But think that there are like > 10 ppl at lvl 4, and only 6 ppl at lvl 3, we had a bargain. However, no one touch it. Seems like the spolit brat (cem) needs to be served.

i still prefer the raffles hotel one. it is not like i fancy snowskin over baked skin, but the lotus in the box above is not that yummy. 紀様 will probably say is becoz of alcohol... haha



shall look fwd to peony jade one =) yam with pumpkin!! Though i nv fancy yam mooncake, but i love yam!! heehee~

last night i ate some supposingly super spicy food in thai express.. for goodness sake it is not spicy enough lor!! zzZZzz but it din taste that bad either... however, food on other ppl's place always look better than ours~ =)

today lunch had steak~ yummy!! the steak is good, but the sauce is so-so.. i still prefer the mushroom sauce from sizzler!!

i love my colleagues who enjoy life as well as i do... some ppl may think we are so spolited.. but i pity ppl who work and dunno how to enjoy.. thumbs up for john.. i think he really know how to enjoy life!! yan ting and asia grand are our next makan!!

i really angry with this boy when he join us... of coz he has to be one month one day younger than me and as a result, i'm no longer the youngest in the team (T_T)

since he is the youngest, jill and i plan for the birthday abt 10 days ago (before the celebration). Think of cake, food, etc etc... the little boy taste is super high and we even have to consider that when getting a cake for him..

1. heavy rain
wearing pants after the fall (due to ugly scar) means my pants are soaked wet under the rain.

2. awful prawn noodles.
to think that they claim to be some very popular or famous prawn noodle soup etc etc... pui~~ i can cook better than them lor.. it is not even prawn noodle soup, just some water with MSG ba~

3. awful curry puff..
the super nice curry puff that i bought taste bad sia.. dunno what is the problem, or was it my taste bud, today, the curry puff is so tasteless..

Today is my 1st niece birthday!! 11 years old!!
11 years ago, she is the one who make the 13 years old me an old woman = auntie

however, she really make me happy when i see her at the hospital~
baby~ so cute!!

the present above is my gift for her this year.. spent walking from orchard to bras basah to bugis.. and spent lots of time thinking how to tie the ribbon. i hope she really like it~
