20th Birthday(Part 3)

First Birthday present of the year:

from my dear jie jie, da ge and er ge~~

got it in february right after chinese new year.. Coz at that time, i was going to Alexandra Hospital for attachment. This present is given due to:

1. I got motion illness. Listening to music while travelling will help to reduce the illness.
2. I will get bored to death to travel so far
3. I wanted one badly.

Then, on 2rd August, i receive a red packet:

From HSBC?

Nah~ you think the bank so good meh.. It is from my DA GE and DA SAO!! He called mum and ask mum to give me 1st. How much inside? Secret~ He said that it was to add on to "celebrate" my silver award, diploma with merit and admission to university. Heehee~ extra cash then~

On 3rd August, i met up with Liyan 1st as mention in Part 2. She gave me this immediately after we meet~

So sweet~~

IS A TALKING BEAR!!! LOL.. But the voice is not yamapi's nor makoto's nor zaizen's nor erm.. it is LIYAN'S VOICE!! Heehee~~ Very sweet of her~ so nice~ Content shall not be disclosed.

Usually i do not treasure soft-toys(but will definitely tresure this), and till now, the only soft-toy that i treasure is a puppet frog from my er ge since i was 4 years old. A short account of the incident.

I went for my 1st(or 2nd) movie with da jie when i was 4 years old. Then i saw this puppet froggy with it big big eyes looking at me.. I knew i wanted, and da jie can see that i like it. BUT.. da jie knew that daddy do not like us to have soft-toy that is hairy, as kids' eye will get itchy i think.. Anyway da jie did not buy it, and we went home with some regrets. That very night, i had a dream. The froggy scold me. WHY-YOU-DON'T-WANT-ME!!! Boo~ i wake up in tears, and at that time, only mummy and er ge was at home. Then to make me stop crying, er ge(at that time only 15 years old) promise to buy for me after school. I can still remember me waiting at the door, pacing up and down, waiting for er ge(or actually froggy)'s return. That's how i get the puppet froggy and till now, i still call it a "froggy" and will never throw away nor give it to anyone.

Back to presents..

After the museum trip with Liyan, i went to meet kkg and suchun, suprisely they were also on the same train as me, but we only realise it when we reach toa payoh. We then headed for kbox, to sing till evening while waiting for doreen to end her lesson around 5:30pm. After we have settle down, amelia pass me a pretty paper bag that looks like this:

For those who like Japanese stuff and culture will definitely know that in japan, you are considered an adult once you reach the age of 20(Singapore 21). Chinese should understand the few words then. The word "li" which has a back-drop of red color means present(for non-chinese).

3) Well, lower ur expectaion for a bf ba.
4) Try to act cute at times? I mean learn to be more innocent & naive

20th Birthday(Part 2)

Part 2

Meet up with Liyan @ 9am at Clarke Quey MRT to go Singapore History Musuem. Never did i knew that it has moved due to redevelopment. Though sad, but still went. On the way there, we sort of lost our way and "almost kana" approach by a weird guy.. Luckily we ran off in time. Eventually we found the place and bought the ticket. $1 for student. $2 for adults. Very cheap. Da Jie and Da ge should think of bringing your daughter there.. very meaningful and fun.

Finally i manage to play a spin wheel thingy which i couldn't play at 1st due to the huge group of kids surronding it. I had a few spin, and these are the most interesting results.

This is a very interesting trip and i think you all should come.. but as for the 3D show, might be boring for history students...

20th Birthday(Part 1)

Yesterday was my 20th birthday~ Pass so fast and i suddenly feel a bit sad, coz i am getting older and older.. BUT.. "that bunch of gers" sang many many times of "Happy Birthday" to me, and i have NO choice but to be VERY VERY HAPPY now.. LOL

The content will be freaking long, supported by tons of picture.

Back to ZHSS

Amelia and I went back to zhss on 29 July 2005, the day after my poly graduation ceremony. I suppose to blog about it the next day, as well as posting up the photos we took, but then, the next day i was slighlty sick, and have to go for ngee ann kongsi ceremony, and the following day i went to did my hair, and the following following day i went out with kkg and doreen. So today ba.

My main aim to go back was to tell Mrs Koh that i graduated from poly and is going to uni, and of course, to see other teachers at the same time.

Had to go to the security booth first when we reach, give them our ezlink and get a Visitor Pass in return.

This is the place where we 1st step into when we reach the "building". Immediately we saw Miss Tan, who taught us biology, who is still as pretty, who still never put makeup... hee~ But i wonder why after 3 and a half years, she still look as young as she first came to teach us.. Next time must ask her. =p

While walking around the school to look for the rest of the teachers, we found this:

Nice right? Last time where got such pretty "board" to tell people what class it is.. It reminds me of high school in Japan, coz they do have such "board", or should i say "Tag".. LOL

erm....

This is right outside my graduating classroom, something that is new. Of course new la.. If last time have liao, i think i can't even go poly, coz lose my concentration. heehee

Eventually we grab hold of teachers like Mrs Koh, Mr Koh, Mr Choo, Mrs Seah, Liu Lao Lao, Mrs Wong(x2) and many more... But we only gave 6 boxes of cakes to give, and therefore we reserve it for sec 4 teachers.

Mrs Koh look thinner and even more tired than the time she taught us. Hope that she can take a good break soon.

Mr Koh, eh... ya la.. amelia, i know you WANT me to say that he looks more handsome coz .................. But have to agree that he looked more handsome la.. I was told that he was invited to my poly graduating ceremony, and he wanted to go, but last minute, the PRINCIPAL.................................................

Mr Choo, still as popular among female students as usual, and still always cannot find him coz he will be teaching in some aircon lab, showing his IT skills.. =p

Eventually, we only took photos with Mr Choo, coz the rest were.. eh.. busy?
