An Old Story That I Like

A Chinese man walks into a bank in New York City and asks for the loan officer. He tells the loan officer that he is going to China on business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the Chinese man hands over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the title and everything checks out. The Loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan.

The bank's president and its officers all enjoy a good laugh at the Chinese for using a $250,000 Ferrari as collateral against a $5,000 loan. An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari into the bank's underground garage and parks it there.

Two weeks later, the Chinese returns, repays the $5,000 and the interest, which comes to $15.41. The loan officer says, 'Sir, we are very happy to have had your business, and this transaction has worked out vey nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked you out and found that you are a multi-millionaire. What puzzles us is why you would bother to borrow $5,000.

The Chinese replies: 'Where else in New York City can I park my car for two weeks for only $15.41 and expect it to be there safely when I return.'

Life is just as busy.

Recently my resolution everyday is not to OT.
Despite working at my best speed everyday, i still keep OT.
Life feels so sad.

One of my collegues says that Balanced Life = No OT.
I agree. No wonder i feel so blur recently (not balanced).
OT has result in fatigue and serious sleepyness in me.

TV was showing Death Note on Sunday.
Silly Baby Thia ask if i was watching the one on tv.
Obviously not, i have the DVD wat. Thus i spent my whole sunday afternoon watching from Death Note to Death Note The Last Name.
Guess i'm a Light/Kira Supporter.. Coz i still dun like the idea that L wins the battle. Afterall, in the real story, was it N who wins the battle? I think so. Can't remember.

Yesterday was a bad day (not that bad).
Had a lousy lunch becoz of the mini portion, and work at client side till 8:30pm.
This results in a bad gastric pain at the end of the day.
I hate the kind of pain. haiz...

On the last friday of March, went out with Shuhan etc to celebrate her bday. Quite a sad thing that i have to OT. But a happy thing that we play till almost the next morning. When i reach home, i'm in time to collect the goat milk that i ordered

Goat milk. A new item that i'm ordering weekly. But i din drink, it was my mum who drank it. Low fat and full of vitamins. But i'm just too lazy to drink it weekly esp since i'm not at home most of the time.

New Staff. new staff will be coming to help out in the project. finally stable one.

Staff Conference last friday was great. In the big ball room of raffles city convention hall, i think about 2000++ of us gather. Games, gifts, snacks and fun. I heard that last year winning team's prize is a PSP each. WOW.. This year is a Ferrari remote control car. Guess it cost alot. Coz each team has about 50 to 60 ppl.
Obviously my team din won. If not i would have tell the whole world about it.. haha..
Quite like the USB Hub gift.. haha..

Has always been busy.. so hardly have chance to update..
My recent life

1. Have not played Viwawa after playing for 4 days coz it badly affected my work.
2. Finally watch L change the world with mayu (Though nice, but i prefer Death Note, no wonder i'm a kira supporter)
3. Paul & Joe Blusher that i wanted was not available in Singapore.. In the end got my collegue to buy from japan for me since she is going.
4. Did not get a laptop bag but bought a nice handbag for work.
5. Can't order my academic dress becoz NUS net got some problem..
6. Ask miyabi to help me buy Nodame Catabile's Classical Compilation
7. Bought a Motorola Razr V9
8. Ate tons of chocolate from the white day present (getting fatter)
9. Finally refill my hair serum.
10. Thinking of getting a hair curler (any good reco?)
11. Watch 恋空 on white day.
12. Cancel/Postpone Cash Studio Session today.
13. Bought a new bag for work (cost me $189)
14. Have not watch The Leap Years (shall i?)
15. Thinking of going for a gold class movie.
16. Applied for OCBC robinson card, UOB Lady's is my next aim
17. Thinking of ways to save money.
18. Eating lots of fruits each week becoz of the weekly fruit sale in my office
19. Haven buy my portable, external hard-disk.
20. Miss liyan coz i din see her for ages (abt 1 month ++)

White Day

White Day is a sweet day~~ while i was reminding myself to sms some friends, i keep forgetting becoz of heavy workload.. then come shuhan sms me.. then i remember abt smsing out..

The day ended later than expect becoz of certain problems and Baby Thia wait in town for about an hour or more.. ya.. more.. abt 1 hour 45 mins? Finally we reach and we went for dinner before some shopping and collect my lovely namecard holder from kinokuniya...

Movie is 恋空。大好き！！　Though i would say i dun really think that the guy is very shuai.. but then one thing for sure, i love 新垣結衣！！ She make me cry so hard.. and the guy beside Baby Thia also cry very hard..
