喬傑立旗下剛推出首張專輯的偶像3人組「台風」，近日因台風新專輯「天大地大」裡TORO作詞作曲的「狂愛戰隊」，遭質疑抄襲Gackt1999年發行的單曲「Vanilla香草」，這兩天BBS、PTT各版引爆Gackt歌迷幹譙聲不斷，雙方歌迷護主心切，眼看一場激烈的口水戰一觸即發。
打著「視覺系」旗幟的台風，一出輯引起哈日視覺系歌迷注意，一聽之下，大批Gackt歌迷氣憤地直指「TORO說是原創的新歌『狂愛戰隊』，曲的部分跟Gackt的『香草』根本一模一樣！」這幾天TORO抄襲話題不但引起BBS熱烈討論，PTT的HATE版、視覺系版上罵聲一片，Gackt歌迷不但聯名到Gackt官網陳情抗議、自行合成製作兩首歌的MP3傳送，並到喬傑立的官網留言，一些廣播節目的留言版，甚至已經出現雙方歌迷對罵的狀況。

TORO創作的新歌「狂愛戰隊」被指抄襲Gackt1999年發行的單曲「Vanilla香草」，台風專輯音樂總監柯呈雄表示：「可能是因為編曲的音色相像，因為日系搖滾的編曲本來就風格相似，也都會用大量管樂，但整首歌不一樣。」
TORO創作的心血被指抄襲，他聞言有點難過，柯呈雄也為TORO抱屈：「TORO為了這張專輯，花了一整年的時間寫歌，下了非常多奶牷CGackt的歌曲，TORO有聽過，因為他本身就非常喜歡東洋音樂，自己的作品當然也有放一些東洋樂壇流行的元素進去，那只是參考，卻要被指成抄襲，對TORO很不公平。」
台風「天大地大」新專輯10首歌當中，TORO就呈現出6首創作，柯呈雄表示肯定TORO既有偶像外型，也有創作才華，「歌曲創作方面，TORO很有天分，是明日之星。尤其他寫的詞，非常天馬行空，應該不輸方文山。」
TORO則透露「狂愛戰隊」的創作，是從類似「金剛」或「酷斯拉」的怪獸入侵狀況來發想創意，描述在危難中英雄救美的故事，歌詞本身就很有畫面和故事性，希望在音樂中帶給歌迷想像空間。

complain of some poor service
over here, i shall not mention names directly coz i dun wanna get sue. Now, i should be the one suing ppl.
as some of you might know, my mum has hearing problems.
after considering whether to go for surgery or hearing aid, we have finally made a decision for her to get hearing aid, due to the fact that she is pretty old, and is a diabetic, so we do not wanna risk her life.
thus, we went back to a "particular" company where i shall named as ABC
there is the this consultant who i shall named as FFF.
after seeing him, my mum, sis and bro are very mad.
during the 1st visit, my 2nd bro and i went with my mum.
while this time, my sis and 1st bro went with my mum instead.
and many irritating things happen.
after the whole incident, i called the boss of ABC (let me name him as QWERTY) to complain. This is generally the few points that i say, and some rebuke from the boss.
Q1: after the 1st visit, FFF called me twice. During the 1st time that he called, he mention that he understand that we haven seen a ear specialist for my mum's condition, but my mum's condition cannot be solved by surgery. BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE. Our doctor has told us clearly that my mum's condition CAN BE SOLVED BY SURGERY. A consultant from another company has told us the same thing clearly. Why lie? so as to sell your product? This is very irresponsible.
A1: There might be some misunderstanding in this. Your mum's condition might can be solved by surgery, but for her age and being diabetic, it might be too risky to do so, thus that's why FFF has said that.
Q1 again: your explanation is very right, i agree, but then FFF did not tell me this. He said that IT CANNOT BE SOLVE BY SURGERY. if i am an ignorant idiot, i would have fully believe in him and let my mum fixed the hearing aid w/o considering other possible soluution, but i am NOT an ignorant idiot.
Q2: FFF insist that my mum is lying (about something). I do not know what's going on coz i wasn't there, however, how can he said that my mum is lying. WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS. even if there is some misunderstanding, he could have said that she might have forgotten or remember wrongly, but LYING? this is a personal attack.
NO REBUKE
Q3: FFF kept repeating that we MUST trust his professional opinion, whenever we enquiry about something. What does this mean? even our doctor never said such things to patient, and we are not even his patient (in the case). Does this means that whenever he cannot answer something, he will just blindly said that we MUST TRUST HIM?
A3: FFF might not be good in his words, but you must understand that he is one of our top consultant. Many of the top civil servant and even directors of doctors are taken care by him. He is very good in this area, thus many people trust him etc etc. FFF is actually quite old, and being experience in this area, he definitely feels that he is good and you should believe in him.
Q3 again: i cannot disagree that FFF might be very good in this area and very knowledgable, but being in this line, shouldn't he be more sensitive towards the patient? Maybe he is very good, but his weakness can lead him to his failure.
(actually at the moment, i feel like telling the boss that "we are not buying some vegetables froms market, thus we are definitely not wrong in enquiring our doubts. Moreover this is something that my mum is going to put in her ears, it might cause big damage to both her health and mental mind if there are problems in it.")
actually there is alot more to write, but i'm really getting very fed up liao.. i shall post my complain letter (if any) later. nevertheless, i must say that FFF is very rude during the visit and giving us a feeling that he is looking down on us that we do not have money to pay. i could have throw money in his face lor..
anyway, my sis did mention that having taking care of top civil servant and directors of company explains why he have such a big ego.

shinobi and me
my shinobi has finally reach singapore after taking some unknown plane from japan
haha~
odagiri~~ woo~~ but then.. i still prefer him in shinsengumi.
though in shinobi he is much better than in beginner... can't imagine him in satore..
oh ya, i have been watching beginner these few days..
the good thing about this show is that the people inside are all very hardworking(esp joe)
they are studying law, so very hardworking in doing their assignment, thus watching it motivate me to work hard too ba~
go back to shinobi...
i think i wanna be "yang yan"(how to say it in japanese? kogeru?)
haha...
the show, too short ba~ only 1 and a half hour, very little to watch.. i rush down to kkg's house after mayu told me that it arrived. =)
but after this show, i start to have second thoughts on buying mezon do himiko, coz mezon do himiko is more ex than shinobi... do i really like joe so much?? hmm..
well, anyway, now it not the time to think abt this ba~
today din go out, stuck at home to study... usually will go out, but today abit lazy ba~ then worse still, becoz nv go out, in the end slp till almost noon, and i just completed Lecture 3 of discrete only... 3 more lectures to go and then i (approx) spend 1 day on each (past) Lectures. L1 on mon, L2 on tue, L3 on today... will i only finish by sat? i hope not ba~ still got OS to revise.. maybe tml really must drag myself out to study... studying at home will also make me slack...
but then, at least i finish Lab 3 liao.. heee~~

each person's problem in their special area
sian~ today i "fa lao sao" alot to my mum~
quite sian abt sch, holiday is too short either.. lab dunno how to do...
not that i din work hard ba~
does anyone think i dun work hard enough?
tell me and i will do more than what i'm doing now
till anyone tell me that, i would believe that
i have put in my effort.
i just thought of someone who might tell me that i din put in enough effort..
hai~ maybe only she will think so ba~
she = a friend
tml afternoon is my rest day and starting from tues, i will cheong hard for my discrete structure..
but actually, that's not my worse module
worse is still OS...
i cannot imagine how i will handles networking..
everyone has sth that they can't do in the best that they can do ba~
example:
my mum is very good in cooking, but she just can't cook creamy soup
suchun is in the area of accounting, but she just can't handle the income tax area
da sao is a teacher, but her maths is so weird..
and for me? i'm in the IT area, but i sux at Operating System, Networking and Hardware..
haiz...
who else have such problem? tell me?
