Red Packets

Do you get shy receiving red packets on CNY?

I notice quite a number of ppl feel uncomfortable about it.
Especially people above 30 and are single.

as for me, currently i do not feel any uncomfort. Pershaps it was like just stepping out of society not too long.

Alot of people mis-understood that red packet is for students and kids.
Hey!! We working adults, single-in-law are also entitled to red packets.
Don't remove our bonus!!

I want to cut my hair

but i have no courage to do so..
Sound kinda stupid right, that i need courage to cut hair.
i kinda have long hair for many many years and so tempted to cut.
coz i had this straight hair style for so long.

anyone got good suggestion how i should do my hair?

Spring

Cosmetics is one thing that i cannot resist.

Pastel Color of the season is definitely for the gers with fair skin.
If not why you think i try hard to be fair.

digging into my cosmetics box, i heard a voice saying that there is nth for me for spring except the Chanel Palette that i have. However, this Palette only have two eye color, a pink and purple (if my memory is right). the other four are lip color (and actually i dun like lippy palette).

Looking through websites and reviews, i dun see much lovely things except from clarin

coffret spring colors are too autumn to me. not pastel enough and very shimmering.
Through i do like shimmer but i like simple flowery colors for the season of spring.

Very tempted to walk around the malls and see what is in for me.

haven been going around seeing shoes since after christmas?
i seriously need some basic shopping, for shoes, maybe a bag, more clothes and some cosmetics. My current shoes are all bought ard October lor. So depressing..

now actually wanted to go home badly. but the stupid installation take super long and the stupid me install wrong thing ended up un-install and install the wrong thing AGAIN then realise that at the 1st place dun need un-install just re-install the missing component!! argggghhhhhhhhhh....

i have mahjong cravings today!

Pre-Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is around the corner~ Have you guys bought your new year clothes?
I'm the super ks type in this matter, as i never believe in getting it last min, be it becoz of the crowd, or that i dun believe that there will be any goodies during BIG SALE. Afterall, never leave to the last min coz you never know what is expected of you when the date pull closer.

That's why happen to me now. Busy weekend involve family and new house, work and friends, have been making me super busy in the mth of jan. I'm glad i spent my $$ on the clothing at the 1st week of jan and in dec.
But with the missing chances of more purchase in the subsequent weeks, i left myself with 6 tops to wear during this festi season, with 3 of them are grey or near grey color. As for bottom, only a silver skirt bought long ago in aug, a straight-cut jeans and a skinny jean, and a recently bought long skirt (accident buy).

Straight-cut jean has been wore and washed. and wore and washed again.

I guess i need more top to go out. I started disgust at the idea of gging out in weekend coz i have no clothes to wear. I may even have more cosmetics than clothes. Blame on my annual-clothing-discard-session, half of the wardrobe is gone again. And the other half? Wearing with disgust.

I hereby promise myself in getting more casual tops (not T-shirt) and Formal Tops for work after CNY.

1st Day of Debts + Last Day @ ELD.

Finally selected my flat!! This marks the 1st day of debts to go.
485k++ and alot more to pay due to duty stamp, tax etc.
but i really like the house~ and i'm so looking forward to moving in...
can't help but keep walking ard the showflat to imagine the feeling of moving into this dreamland in dec 2011
The selection of flat was exciting. the flat that i wanted got sold.
and i choose again and got sold!! *sad*
finally decided on a unit and stare hard at it. praying hard that no one else will choose that. happily got it then!!

Today is my last day of ELD.
Surprises and Surprises.
Lunch was at a okonomiyaki restaurant where we make our own okonomiyaki.
so fun!! hehe...
then when i get back to office, i receive a box on my desk.
on the box it writes "From Edward's Father" handsome"
For those who watch Twilight will know who is edward and who is his dad.
Inside the box is a mp3 player. My colleagues says that it is so troublesome to use a mp3 player that need AAA battery. so they got me this. *happY + toUch*

Then after 3pm, there is sth @ the level 1 counter for me.
and when i went down, it is a bouquet of blue flowers, in blue wrapper and blue ribbon!! Gorgeous and i love it. However, no one admits that it is from them and everyone tried to keep me in suspense.

Then after some time, eve gave me cactus home, where there is a cactus and two bears!! so cute!! and a hand-made card by samuel and signed by everyone!!
then after long long hours, they finally sort of admit the flowers.
Then we had a massive conversation for me to thank everyone.
